Common questions

Journeys aren't being recorded automatically

In iOS Settings → Mile Account, set Location to Always with Precise Location on, and allow Motion & Fitness. Low Power Mode can delay detection. Short trips may only appear once you open the app.

A trip's distance looks wrong

Open the trip to see where its distance came from: GPS recording, an Apple Maps estimate, or typed in. Dashed parts of the route were not recorded (for example in a tunnel) and are counted as straight lines. You can correct the distance before the trip goes into a report.

Connecting Xero

Go to Reports → Xero, sign in and choose your organisation, then choose who the bill is payable to, the expense account and the tax rate. Reports arrive in Xero as draft bills for you to approve.

I need to change a report I've already finalised

Open the report and choose to correct it. This makes a new version; the original stays as it was. If the old version is still a draft in Xero, the app can replace it.

Teams

An owner creates the team in Profile → Team and shares an invite code. Members submit finalised reports from the report screen. Admins review them in Summary in the app, or on the web dashboard, and approve them into the company's Xero or send them back with a note. The dashboard also exports reports and trips as CSV.

Exporting or deleting my data

Profile → Your data. You can export everything as a file, or delete your account and all your data. Bills already in Xero stay there. See the privacy policy for details.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
